Trauma Therapy & EMDR

Old wounds can shape how we love, protect ourselves, and respond to conflict.

A More Honest Way Through Relationship Conflict

Trauma does not always show up as a single dramatic event. Sometimes it appears as anxiety, shame, emotional reactivity, numbness, self-doubt, relationship conflict, or the feeling that you are stuck in patterns you cannot simply think your way out of.

I use trauma-informed therapy, including EMDR and experiential approaches, to help clients identify old wounds, understand how those experiences shaped them, and create more freedom in the present.

This work can be especially helpful when early experiences, family patterns, grief, abuse, rejection, or relationship trauma continue to affect self-esteem, intimacy, parenting, or emotional regulation.
